Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential to the site's operation, others are used to measure its audience. This page lists everything we store, including information kept by your browser beyond cookies in the strict sense.
Strictly necessary trackers
These trackers are essential to the site's operation or to a service you expressly requested. They do not require your consent, but you can delete them from your browser settings — at the cost of some loss of functionality.

Traffic measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are viewed and at which step visitors abandon their booking. No Google script is loaded before you give your consent. The _ga cookie may remain on your device for up to two years, but the data it generates is deleted from Google Analytics reports after fourteen months.

Advertising and campaign measurement
These trackers are only set if you accepted the “Advertising and campaign measurement” category. They exist to find out which ads actually lead to bookings, and nothing else.

Personal data kept on your device
Two forms on this site keep what you type in your browser's local storage, to save you from entering it all again. The booking form writes your contact details (first name, last name, email address, phone number), your postcode, your allergies and your dietary preferences. The quote configurator writes your contact details, your company name, its SIREN registration number and your billing address. In both cases the data is saved as you type, not when you submit: an allergy ticked on a form you then abandon stays on your device, with no expiry date. Allergies are health data and dietary preferences may reveal personal convictions: that is why we name them explicitly here. This personal data never leaves your device as long as you do not submit the form. You can delete it at any time by clearing your site data from your browser settings.
Third-party resources without trackers
Some resources are loaded from third-party servers without setting a cookie. Simply loading them nonetheless sends your IP address to the provider concerned: Adobe Fonts typefaces (Adobe Inc., United States) and Geoapify map backgrounds (Geoapify GmbH, Germany). A third-party QR code generator (api.qrserver.com) is called in the same way, but only from the internal tools reserved for our staff: no public page of the site loads it.
Withdraw your consent
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, without giving a reason. The button below brings back the consent banner.
Your browser settings
Regardless of our own settings, your browser lets you block or delete cookies from every website. This option is usually found in the preferences, under "Privacy". Blocking all cookies may prevent online booking from working.
