Legal bases for processing

Your bookings and quote requests are processed on the basis of the performance of the contract that binds us. Newsletter subscriptions are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email. Traffic measurement on the site is also based on your consent, which you can withdraw from the cookie policy. Payment fraud prevention is based on our legitimate interest in securing transactions.

Retention periods

Booking data is kept for three years after your last visit. Quotes and their related accounting records are kept for ten years, in accordance with the legal retention obligations for accounting documents. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, then for a further three years. Traffic measurement data is kept for fourteen months. The cookie placed on your device for this traffic measurement may itself remain for up to two years: this technical duration, on your device, is distinct from the retention period of the data in our reports.

Processors

We use service providers who process your data on our behalf, as part of the service you request: Stripe (online payments), Zenchef (table bookings), Brevo (transactional emails and newsletter), Pipedrive (quote follow-up), Pennylane (invoicing), Auth0 (authentication for our teams), MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudflare R2 (image hosting), Render (website hosting), Naistor (conversational assistant), Google Analytics (traffic measurement, subject to your consent), OpenAI and Anthropic (editorial content generation). Some of these providers are established outside the European Union; such transfers are then governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Third-party recipients

Loading certain resources on this website from third-party servers transmits the visitor's IP address to their provider: Adobe Inc. for the typefaces, Geoapify GmbH for the map backgrounds. Details of these resources are available in the cookie policy.

Complaint
